Hot 1951 Type N-3A Parka Jackets & Coats

Following the introduction of the N-3 jacket and the establishment of the U.S. Air Force as an independent branch in 1951, the N-3A marked this turning point by being manufactured in Air Force blue. This unique color distinction lasted only two years before the N-3B entered production.

• Drawstring hood with wolf fur trim. Leather stoppers. Full-zip front. Buttoned storm placket. Talon zippers, CONMAR zippers.
• Long sleeves. Ribbed cuffs.
• Two hand-warmer pockets. Two front waist snapped pockets.
• Drawstring waist. Fully lined and filled.
• Shell: 100% nylon, waterproof coating. Ribbed cuffs: 70% wool, 30% acrylic.
• Genuine wolf fur trim.
• Lining: 100% nylon, anti-static. Hood lining: brown sheepskin. Fill: 50% wool, 50% polyester.
